SELIGMAN, AZ (AZFamily) — Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of a northern Arizona woman earlier this year.

On Thursday, the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office announced that 58-year-old William DalCerro and 36-year-old Cavett Richards are facing charges in the death of 35-year-old Shayna Feinman. However, authorities confirmed Feinman’s body hasn’t been found.

On March 18, deputies say they responded to a missing person report in the Hyde Park area of Seligman.

Deputies believed that Feinman was walking to a friend’s house but never arrived. A neighbor hadn’t heard from Feinman since March 8 and realized she was missing when she didn’t pick up her dog from the neighbor’s home.

Authorities say the neighbor found Feinman’s vehicle with her belongings, including her wallet and ID, not far from the home where she and her boyfriend, Richards, were staying.

During the investigation, deputies found evidence that linked the two men to Feinman’s murder. Details of the evidence haven’t been released.

Arizona’s Family previously spoke to a witness, who shared odd circumstances surrounding Feinman’s disappearance. The witness said multiple people, including Feinman’s boyfriend, refused to cooperate with the investigation.

The witness shared that the official search of the property was done two weeks after authorities made the missing person report, but she said prior to that, Feinman’s boyfriend didn’t help or say much about her disappearance.

The two men are facing charges including second-degree murder, concealment of a dead body and conspiracy. They are currently in the Yavapai County Detention Center.

Detectives also discovered DalCerro and Richards were tied to several other alleged crimes, including weapons offenses, tampering with evidence and possession of a stolen vehicle.
