PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Police say security officers at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport seized a large amount of drugs in luggage that was headed across the country.

Phoenix Police said Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officers found an “anomaly” inside checked luggage going from Phoenix to Atlanta on Monday, Sept. 16.

In a check of the luggage, they found six vacuum-sealed kilo bricks of fentanyl powder and 50,000 fentanyl pills.

Phoenix Police arrested the woman, since identified as Martisha Montgomery.
