$6 elote, $9 spicy garlic shrimp at this Scottsdale happy hour

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — In Arizona, we love our Mexican food! When it comes to Mexican restaurants, we are definitely going to love a place that serves 17 house-made salsas.
SOL Mexican Cocina does that, and it has a great happy hour. The restaurant’s happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. It is located on Scottsdale Road and Kierland Boulevard near the Scottsdale Quarter.
You can get great items like the firecracker quesadilla on a flour tortilla with cheese, diced grilled chicken, avocado and Sriracha sauce for $7. Their elote comes tossed with butter, lime, cotija cheese and chipotle sauce and will run you $6 on happy hour.
Check out their spicy shrimp appetizer, shrimp cucarachas, which costs $9 and features six pan-roasted shrimp, cotija cheese, lemon, chile de arbol and garlic.
They also have some delicious drink specials, with $5 beers, $7 wines and their cucumber Jalapeño marg for $10.
The vibe is great inside and a fun place to enjoy some great food at a reasonable price!
