Valley Suns announce inaugural season schedule

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The Valley Suns, the new NBA G League affiliate of the Phoenix Suns, just announced the schedule for the team’s upcoming inaugural season.

The first game is set for Nov. 8 on the road against the Santa Cruz Warriors, and the Valley’s newest basketball team will open its home slate against the Stockton Kings on Nov. 11 at Mullett Arena in Tempe.

Tickets for the home opener are available now at thevalleysuns.com. Single-game tickets for the remaining home schedule will go on sale at a later date.

This year, the G League season is split into two parts, with a new 16-game Tip-Off Tournament from Nov. 8 to Dec. 22. Teams’ records will reset for the 34-game regular season following the tournament.

The schedule includes eight back-to-back stands throughout the season, including five at Mullett Arena.
