PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. Here are the Valley restaurants that did not make the grade for Jan. 17, 2023:

- Food employees not washing hands properly
- Containers of blueberries with white organic matter
- Spinach and cooked chicken patties not kept cold enough

4 violations
- Staff member handling dirty dishes, then clean dishes
- Cook cracking egg then not washing hands
- Packages of strawberries with excessive organic matter
- Live cockroach next to hand wash sink on cook line
