PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. Here are the Valley restaurants that did not make the grade for April 10, 2024:

- Kimchi salad not date marked properly

- Someone dumping used oil in landscaping in the parking lot
- Chicken not stored at proper temperature
- Cook not washing hands properly
Los Olivas Mex Patio - 7328 E 2nd St, Scottsdale, AZ
3 violations
- Employee not washing hands after handling dirty dishes
- Pan of tamales not held at proper temperature
- Holes in walls and ceiling above cooler
Rice Paper - 2241 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ
5 violations
- Bartender handling garnish with bare hands
- Container of rice noodles with indigo stain
- Crawfish mix not kept cold enough
- Mouse traps in dry storage area
- Drain flies and fruit flies throughout establishment
