PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. - Cooked cheese not kept hot enough
- Dried food debris on deli slicer
- Misting system not installed properly
Hop Social Tavern - 3405 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler
4 violations
- Employee handled dirty dishes then clean dishes
- Employee touching ice with bare hands
- Raw chicken and raw beef not kept at proper temperature
- Dishwasher not getting hot enough
